   Join us for a weekly meditation to de-stress and relax.
 
   Learn the true way to Meditate. 
 
   It is easy and effective to use in your daily life.

The Max Meditation ™ Class is designed to be an easy to learn and effective meditation tool for life. It has many benefits and can be enjoyable and relaxing.
You can join the class even if they have started running, these classes are designed to start at any week.  So you will not have missed any learning.
 
These classes are offered to everyone regardless of previous meditation skills and also suitable for beginners. These classes will run on a weekly basis so you can return and practice and improve or maintain your meditative skill, with the support of your Max Meditation ™ trained and authorised practitioner.
